• Supervise on-site operations to ensure safety and operational protocols are strictly followed
• Monitor workers performance to ensure productivity and quality and maintain safety standards
• Investigate incidents, prepare details reports and corrective actions
• Coordinate with operations team to address safety and operational concerns

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator and in supervision roles.
• Possess a Certificate in WSH (Workplace Safety and Health), Manage Work at Height, Bizsafe Level 2, and Scaffold Supervisor certification.
• Strong ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills, with a sense of ownership and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external customers
• Class 3 driving licence (preferable)

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and ensure timely collections.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
