Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks. • Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized. • Ensure that the school’s policies and procedures are adhered to by staff. • Act as a communication conduit between management and staff. • Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables. • Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment and materials. • Assist the Manager to maintain the asset register. • Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager. • Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager. • Ensure that all staff wear all appropriate PPE. Where required, gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis, including schedules, consumable issues and usage etc. • Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager. • Work with members of other teams as required. • Check all equipment that require replacement items as needed. • Report faulty equipment to the Manager within 12 hours of breakdown. • Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Manager. • Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by outsourced contractors. • Monitor and assist in planning for holiday work requirements (bi/annual cleaning work). • Other duties as assigned.

The Construction Supervisor reports to the Project Manager and assists the Project Manager in managing certain parts of the project as assigned by the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

- Ensure that the assigned tasks are completed on schedule in accordance with the master programme.

- Provide quality works by meeting clients' requirements and complying with Authorities' requirements.

- Assists the Project Manager to deal with clients and consultants on matters, including resolving technical queries / issues and submission of shop drawings and samples.

- Ensure that the appointed sub-contractors complete their sub-contract works on time and comply with contractual requirements.

- Implement all ISO procedures and requirements that the Company has to comply with for its ISO certifications.

Working in a construction site leading a team of engineers to supervise M&E subcontractors and laising with consultants and client. Scope involving construction of low rise buildings with underground sevices and infrastructure works. Ability to solve site technical issues and coordination of various M&E sevices. Knowledge of BIM will be an added advantage.

Electrical Engineer (Satellite, Radio Frequency)

The Electrical Engineer is required to attend to pre-sale electrical matters and provide suggestions on project specification and give calculation on the amount of electricity consumption.

Responsibilities:

• To conduct and lead design reviews for Radio Frequency/ Satellite, Network communication systems.
• Responsible for SATCOM/Micro Wave system and network configurations, acceptance, interface and performance testing and commissioning of SATCOM/Microwave systems.
• Understand contractual and project requirements and specifications, propose and generate (SATCOM/MW) system architecture and designs.

Requirements:

• Good in handling Electrical Engineering skills and provide calculation on electricity consumption.
• Ability to calculate on the amount of Electricity required.
• Expert in electrical engineering.
• Good in handling Single diagram and sizing; SLD
• Responsible in handling Electrical Input and output of the equipment and Sizing of electrical equipment
• Good in handling Modulators and Voltage regulator
• Experience in handling Low noise amplifier and Electrical wiring.
• Good in handling Electricity Calculation, Drawing, Design and management of electrical specification with cost and time line.
• Strong knowledge of Radio Frequency, Microwave, Satellite (Satcom) and Microwave.
• Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Communication Engineering.
• Experience in handling Radio Frequency/ Satellite and Network.
• Proficient in operating RF and electronics test and measuring equipment such as signal generator and spectrum analyzer
• Experience in Satellite/Microwave Communications and Network is an added advantage.
