• Prepare, review, and submit budget reports, tracking expenses against forecasts for business units.
• Collaborate with finance and other relevant teams to gather financial data for reporting.
• Compile, analyze, and prepare presentations and update decks to management on the business unit’s performance, progress, and key initiatives.

Meeting and Event Coordination

• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and circulating meeting materials.
• Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all needs (e.g., venues, materials) are met.

Communication and Correspondence

• Manage phone calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the executives, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Draft, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and executive communications.

Documentation and Filing

• Maintain an efficient filing and documentation system for critical records, ensuring confidentiality.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, researching and ordering as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

General Administrative Tasks

• Assist in preparing briefing documents, update decks, and reports for internal and external use.
• Prepare and submit expense reports, timesheets, and other related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and familiarity with office management systems.
• Experience preparing budget reports and presenting updates for executive review.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Support the implementation of a variety of digitalization initiatives under Digital Customers Platform that meet customer, business and operation’s needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct testing on web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, performance and user experience meet quality standards.
• Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts based on project requirements
• Execute test cases and document test results for analysis
• Identify and report software defects, track issues and work with the development for the fixes.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested application still performs as expected
• Provide input and feedback on application usability and user interface design
• Participate in the improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar areas
• Added advantage for individual who has experience in mobile application or web application for customers.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms in Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and Social with a strong self-initiative to keep up with Digital trends.
• Strong understanding of application testing methodologies, tools and processes
• Excellent problem investigation skills and attention to details
• Good communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members
• Worked with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Working experience in a financial services industry and/or operating under strict regulatory constraints is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in application testing or quality assurance roles
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical engineering related discipline. Electronics and electrical knowledge or experience preferred.

2. 3-5 years of working experience, fitness industry experience is bonus.

3. Possess class 2B and/or class 3 driving licence and own transport preferred.

4. Initiative and willing to learn.
