JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry
• Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging and good knowledge in Wholesale trade products distributions through various channels
• Preferably bilingual to liaise with Indian speaking suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication

Responsibilities:

• Reviews and understands all plans and specifications of projects
• Reviews and understands all contract documents before tendering/bidding of project or enquiry
• Reviews all Materials Take-Off (MTO)
• Reviews all labour & materials cost for quotation
• Meets with subcontractors and major material vendors to maintain updated rates/price list on materials and services required, in coordination with Purchasing team
• Coordinates with Operations and Production team for labour and other related costings to ensure all quotation provided are at a competitive level
• Ensures all additional costings are captured for all projects
• Performs any other work as assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in any fields and or its equivalent
• 3 years and above experience as QS in Marine Shipyard industry
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines

Scope of work:

• General administrative tasks such as typing, printing, checking and filing, issuing of items in school, etc

• Attend to all general queries, e.g. telephone and walk-in queries

• Data entry

• Assisting in events e.g. logistics matters

• Perform any other administrative duties assigned

Qualification, Skills,and experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in administration.

• Past experience in School Admin and/or Customer Service

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Effective Communication Skills

One Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7am to 4pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break

• Fridays: 7am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break

And another personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Wednesdays, Fridays: 8am to 5pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break

• Thursdays: 8am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
