Job Description:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic drinks. This includes cocktails, beers, wines.
Ensure high-quality customer service by greeting guests, taking and serving beverage orders efficiently, and engaging in friendly conversation to enhance guest experience.
Manage inventory, track stock usage, and place orders for supplies. This involves monitoring alcohol levels, managing bar supplies, and ensuring there are no shortages during service hours.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, bar equipment, and countertops. Ensure hygiene standards are met, especially in food and drink preparation areas.
Adhere to legal and company policies regarding alcohol service, including checking identification for age verification where necessary.
Collaborate with team members like other servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation throughout the establishment.
Requirements:
Experience: Typically, at least 2 year of experience as a bartender is preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of cocktails and various beverage recipes.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage stress, and multitask.
Good organizational and inventory management skills.
Education: Min NTC, N levels
Languages: Proficiency in English and Chinese

Working Hours : Mon to Sat 3pm to 12am(with rests) with transport provided. Sun/PH off
Salaries : From $2500 to $3000
