Responsibilities:

• Perform cost estimate for the assigned discipline, in accordance with the tender contract requirement, specifications and timeline
• Prepare material take off and equipment specifications / datasheets independently
• Prepare requisition document and ensure completeness of scope and specifications in accordance with tender/ contract and customer requirements
• Sources quotation from production department, subcontractors and vendors, attend to clarifications promptly to obtain competitive pricing
• Prepare cost breakdowns on price schedule format as specified by tender/ contract leads and/or customers and prepare total cost summary and refine the cost breakdown as required based on tender/ contract and customer requirements
• Evaluates quotation and makes recommendation of selection
• Lead negotiation with subcontractors and vendors for the discipline in charged, challenge and resolve subcontractors/ vendors qualifications in meeting tender/ contract and pricing requirements
• Attend clarification/ negotiation meetings with customers
• Coordinate with technical and project management team on technical proposal submission and enquiries and ensure any technical gaps are addressed or taken up in the submission

You will assist with the daily operations of the retail pharmacy and provide good customer service to patients and customers. You will perform cashiering duties and render administrative support to colleagues. Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Ensure all fabrication work is done with acceptable quality by daily monitoring include inspecting according to specification, procedure and applicable standards.
2. Understand all technical specification and standard compliance and ability to handle troubleshooting project correction.
3. Prepare welding methods, PQR assembly and other CWI duties.
4. Co-ordinate, communicate with member even carrying out inspection of all the welding and associated actions in accordance with the approved Welding Procedure Specification, drawings and Company Specification and requirements.
5. Co-ordinate and liaise with Production personnel to ensure that all inspection stages comply to inspection and test plans on material or structure.
6. Witness and verify all tests include reinstatement etc. and prepare reports after such tests are conducted.
7. Verify product identification through material verification inspection and periodical random checks on site.
8. Responsible in executing directives as set forth for the Quality Assurance Department in meeting management objectives in term of quality control/assurance of all production fabrication works/projects.
9. Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools include all documentation, procedure qualification records accordance to customer specification and code.
10. Manage and supervise a team of inspectors / technicians in meeting departmental quality goals and production schedule.
11. Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs and Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all QA processes.
12. Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
13. Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
14. Work closely among inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
15. Manage the implementation / schedule of calibration control.

Competence Requirement

• Min. ITE-NTEC/Diploma/Degree level PE/ME or its related discipline.

• Perform CMM programming, smart-scope and QC measuring tools/equipment.
• Certified with welding certification by American Welding Society, Certification Welding Inspector, AWS-CWI. - Optional
• Minimum 3 years of related experiences in welding capacity in structural fabrication.

The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that products meet certain standards of quality. Competence Requirements:
