DORS at Design Orchard is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our Marketing Team in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and store traffic. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail marketing, content creation, event coordination, and strategic planning in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Assist in creating compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Support the design and development of visuals, videos, and written materials aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
- Help manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting across all channels.
Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies.
- Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
Event Support
- Support the planning and execution of in-store and online events, such as product launches, workshops, and community engagement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure event success.
- Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting.
Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and execute plans for engaging customers through various touchpoints, including social media and email marketing.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries across digital platforms.
Administrative Support
- Assist in maintaining marketing documentation, such as reports, plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing-related requirements.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Interest in fashion, retail, and lifestyle trends.
- Availability: Minimum commitment of 4-6 months for this full-time position.
