Job Requirements

· A relevant Degree with post graduate C&B qualifications. At least 10 years of experience with proven technical knowledge and experience specializing in implementation of Rewards programs in a large organisation

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Assistant Housekeeper is responsible for directing and controlling the day-to-day housekeeping operations on the Floors or in the Public Areas in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. • Make recommendations to Executive Housekeeper on improving the services provided by the Housekeeping Department.
• Control usage of all amenities and cleaning supplies to ensure compliance to budget and ensure appropriate usage of equipment and tools.
• Administrative duties such as attending meetings, writing reports and memos as required.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Positive, friendly, professional and confident, with good interpersonal skills.

Details of the Division and Team:

To manage and provide effective guidance / quality check to Front Office and NCA reviewer in their work processes and submissions, in terms of new client account opening which involves both documentation and KYC aspect. The role requires the candidate to advise the Front Office in all Know-Your-Client/ Source of Wealth and legal document related matters and supports the Front Office from the beginning of the new customer adoption process from prospect through to funding of the account including. • Degree majoring in Banking, Accountancy or Business Administration or related discipline
