Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to take charge of our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to connect with audiences through dynamic and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Manage TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
• Content Creation: Plan, create, and post high-quality visuals, videos, and reels that resonate with our target audience.
• Photography: Capture compelling product photography to showcase our range of offerings.
• Collaborations: Work with UGC (User-Generated Content) creators and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to expand brand reach.
• Calendar Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Copywriting: Craft engaging captions and posts that align with the brand's tone and messaging.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Teach and conduct cooking classes with patience and professionalism
• Execute and supervise the day to day operations of the cooking studio
• Maintain the cleanliness of the studio thus providing a positive learning environment
• Be part of the team to prepare lesson plan for cooking classes
• To be proactive in keeping food costs within the allocated budget and seek improvements to reduce food wastes
• Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the class begins
• Any other assigned ad-hoc duties and operations duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree Holder in relevant field
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is an advantage
• Relevant experience in area of specialization (Eg: Korean, Asian)
• Competence in delivering the cooking classes
• Ability to devise recipes and maintain culinary standards
• Relevant experience in area of specialization is a plus (Eg: Korean, Asian)

• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors/ resident technical officer under the Building Control Act
• To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications
• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all works including all civil and architectural works, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, irrigation and sewer system, commuters facilities, road works, trial trenches and utilities diversion etc.
• To coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works
• Check on quality of works, materials and samples delivered to site, take measures to rectify any non-compliance and report to OIC
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To supervise the installation of instrumentation
• To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
• To review Contractor's design and supervise all works associated to micro-tunneling and mining, Flyover works, sewer diversion (including shaft construction and pipe-jacking operations.
• To undertake any other duties including administrative tasks related to the project as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
• At least 5 years’ of experience, of which 2 years experience in major construction works like deep excavation, drainage, pipe jacking, ground improvement, supervising & installation of monitoring instruments and collating of monitoring data
• Possess a valid RTO cert by IES Singapore
