Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronics Repair Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment at the component level. This includes PCBs, UPS systems, power supply, servo packs, drivers, PC, and controllers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults in electronic systems and identify defective components.
• Perform repairs and replacements of components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, mosfet, memory chips, MCU and other electronic parts.
• Work on a variety of devices, including PCBs, UPS systems, Power supply, servo packs, drivers, PC and controllers.
• Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers for troubleshooting.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards and equipment operates efficiently.
• Maintain detailed repair records and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electronic component-level repair.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
• Familiarity with industrial electronics and systems like UPS, temperature controller, Power supply, PC and servo packs is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Plan and prepare projects, manage schedules, and complete field paperwork. Liaise with internal parties to capture all information and requirements at the project initiation stage.
2. Verify all drawings from the design team before moving to the construction phase.
3. Address customer requirements related to drawings and specifications.
4. Coordinate with the design team, customers, and subcontractors during construction.
5. Inspect the quality of work carried out by subcontractor workers.
6. Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are implemented on time, safely, and in accordance with customer requirements.
7. Test and commission all equipment with subcontractors after installation.
8. Provide customer training after project completion.
9. Conduct final inspections and collect data for as-built drawings.
10. Implement assigned responsibilities and activities to achieve project goals and objectives.
11. Comply strictly with Code of Ethics.
12. Implement responsibilities and activities to achieve EH&S goals and comply with EH&S policies, rules, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Min. Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Knowledge and experience in engineering management, problem-solving, systematic and analytical thinking, commercial terms and conditions, ISO 9000 quality environment, coaching, influence, and negotiation skills
• Adaptability, analytical thinking, teamwork, communication, listening, and ethics
• Experience in LTA projects (preferred)
• Experience with fire protection and fire alarm systems

Summary:

The Logistics Executive plans and manages the logistical activities of the terminal based on the storage customers’ requirements and terminal operational facilities. He/she generates periodic reports and provides updates on stock inventories to customers and authorities.
The Logistics Executive works independently and possesses strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Tasks:

1) Administer HSSE Standards, Procedures and Practices

• Ensure compliance with all HSSE rules and regulations

2) Perform Business Administrative Tasks

• Follow up on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable matters
• Generate, analyse and maintain reports such as KPI and inventory reports for customers and customs authorities to ensure compliance
• Provide technical support on various technical issues

3) Perform Cargo and/or Material Handling and Delivery Tasks

• Coordinate closely with external (customers, surveyors, shipping agents) and internal stakeholders so that logistical activities are executed smoothly
• Perform Customs Clearance Permit for all import and export shipments, including preparation, document submissions, declaration, filing, and facilitation of customs audit
• Shipping document preparation, submission, declaration and filing
• Weekly/Monthly Customs reporting

4) Perform Customer Service Tasks

• Attend to queries and complaints with regards to the logistical activities and provide solutions within time limits, follow up to ensure resolution

• Maintain and foster good rapport with customers, transporters and internal departments
• Perform vessel vetting clearance for customers

Job Profile:

• Possesses at least a Business or Logistics related Diploma
• Have at least 2 years of logistics/ planning / customer service experience in a Terminal Storage Logistics industry
• Have excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Possesses good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Is detailed-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• This position is based in Jurong Island
• The Logistics Executive is required to be on a 2-week planning rotation, with standby 24x7. You shall be compensated with a standby allowance for this.
• Official Working hours: Mon - Fri, 0830 - 1700 hours
