Responsibilities:

• Administers document revision control to ensure appropriate security based on business need
• Assists with the assessment, and/or deployment of electronic document management systems
• Provide additional support to the organization as required including maintaining original documents, loading PDFs into the SharePoint, updating controlled lists
• You will be responsible for seamless, rapid and global implementation of material, BOMs, and product data supporting the business strategies and supply chain requirements via the Change Order process management

Job Description:

● Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.

● Establish project workflows throughout all project phases.

● BIM project set-up and continued project administration.

● To be responsible for clash coordination & BIM coordination on construction site.

● Prepares and update Revit Model (Coordination drawings).

● Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.

● Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

Job requirements:

● Possess BIM certificate.

● Minimum 2 years' working experience as a BIM Coordinator & 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.

● Able to read and understand drawings.

● Software knowledge required: Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.

● Excellent communication skills.

● Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an advantage.

Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.

• Supports the technical team and construction team for all design matters.
• Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Works closely with the Consultants on the designs and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Understands and familiar with Authority approval/clearance of works including URA, BCA, LTA, PUB, etc.
• Manages design approval process and coordinates with the Clients and Consultants in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
• Ensures strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the relevant parties.
• Prepares shopdrawings with in-house BIM team and obtains approval in advance to site installation dates.
• Raises queries to Client or handles Client’s clarification on technical requirements pertaining to the Project works.
• Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to KTC management, project team and Client as and when required.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e. Architectural, MEP, BIM, etc.) on design to ensure delivery of high quality outcome.
• Supports tender team and prepares technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as and when assigned.
• Attends Technical Meetings, Coordination Meeting, Site Meetings, etc as and when required.
