This is a full time role for a Sales Manager located in Jurong / Bedok. Our client offers the best hair loss treatment & solution for men & women. We are the leading hair centre in Singapore specialising in TCM-based solutions. You will be responsible to achieve both the outlet’s and your personal sales targets. You will be responsible for evaluating progress towards these targets and implementing necessary solutions. Additionally, you will manage daily outlet operations, which includes handling customer complaints, motivating staff, providing guidance and coaching, and managing paperwork. You will also oversee outlet personnel duties and human resources responsibilities, such as managing annual leaves and shift schedules.

Qualifications:

• Min 3 years experience in Beauty industry

This position is responsible for the planning, setting of the direction of the crew, and resource distribution of the restaurant to achieve an efficient, well-prepared, and profitable food and beverages restaurant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting the Operations Manager to work with chefs and other personnel to plan menus that are flavorful and popular with customers.

• Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies. Estimate food and beverage costs. Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste. Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high-quality preparation and service.

• To lead the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld

• Assisting the Operations Manager to work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.

• Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel

• Ensure proper working condition of all outlet equipment and prepare equipment defect list

• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs using the Point of Sales system

• Ensure sufficient stocks supply in the restaurant for smooth operation

• Supervise the operations of at least two restaurants and above

Responsibilities

• Support IT Service Management operations, project and enhancement initiatives
• Develop service requests in ITSM platform.
• Perform ITSM platform operational maintenance and enhancement.
• Provide support in implementation of IT service management activities which includes the following areas:

- Analysis of service requests and enhancement the catalogue items, Service Request Implementation.

- User requirement gathering and solution design.

- Build or enhance service requests in ITSM platform.

- Create reports for ITSM service requests.

- System documentation, user guide and training.

- ITSM setup and configuration that adhere to the current ITSM process.

- ITSM platform patching, upgrade, and maintenance works.

- Work with Automation team to integrate with catalogs, approvals, and workflows.

- Maintain and develop technical documentation and standard operational procedures.

- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.

- Work closely with various IT Infrastructure and Operations teams to support and troubleshoot problems

Skills Required

• Must possess experience in BMC Helix
• Good to have knowledge about Service Now, Atlassian JIRA Service Management, Freshworks

Responsibilities:

The Human Resource Executive will assist the Senior Manager, Human Resource and Development in the following work areas:

a. Payroll Processing

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing as well as submission of grants or claims in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant country legislation and procedures for staff in Singapore, Malaysia, China, India, and Indonesia.

b. Employee Experience

• Administration of Employee Engagement surveys and assist in implementation of measures to enhance staff engagement and well-being

c. Compensation and Benefits

• Assist in the review of staff compensation and benefits
• Administration of staff compensation and benefits

d. Employee Exit

• Ensure timely processing of staff exit

e. Staff Learning and Development

• Undertake staff learning and development operations

f. Other Duties Assigned

• Handle other ad-hoc HR duties as and when required such as staff discipline

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in preferably Business or Human Resources
• At least 2 years of payroll experience
• Preferably has commission administration
