Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
• Position Title: Warehouse Admin/Warehouse Clerk
• Working Location: Clementi
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.45 am - 6 pm, Sat: 7.45 am - 12 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $2500 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record shipments, reporting any issues to management.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel to keep updated inventory levels.
• Oversee picking, packing, testing, and quality control of outgoing and incoming goods.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized, managing stock availability.
• Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to inventory and shipment
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
