• Implement and monitor automated backups, disaster recovery plans, and patches while closely tracking system resource utilization.
• Collaborate with vendors and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and administrative procedures.
• Provide technical support to both local and international users, ensuring network security and efficient resolution of issues.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT/ Computer Science
• Proficient in managing Microsoft Server and enterprise networking
• Skilled in internet architecture (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, Firewall)
