Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent engagement with clients and partners in developing robust and sustainable referral relationships
- Build up ongoing development of new client relationships to ensure a balanced referral source portfolio
- Provide professional and quality advice to clients on their liquidity planning and insurance needs
- Achieve annual target of net revenue or an amount agreed upon during the annual review
- Fulfill full compliance to our internal compliance policies as well as applicable regulatory requirements
- Submit new business documents timely and accurately
- Provide quality ongoing service to existing policyholders by conducting annual policy reviews in a timely manner
- Support other team members in client meetings, medicals and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from Finance or related discipline
- Valid CMFAS Papers. Candidates who are not currently licensed will need to obtain a MAS licence upon commencement of employment
- Minimum 10-15 years’ working experience in sales and/or relationship management experience preferably in the insurance or banking industry
- Proactive, self-motivated, self-disciplined with integrity and commitment to serving the clients’ need
- Strong relationship development/management, communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under extreme deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Thai language are required as this role will require you to speak with Thai clients who are native speakers
