• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Candidate with experience of MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, CT or Angiography will be an advantage
• Willing to perform shifts which include weekends / public holiday and on-call duties
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Position: Clinic Assistant
Contract Type: 3 - 6 Months Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide receptionist duties at the front counter.
• Ensure accuracy in clinical data entry into the computer system.
• Apply basic patient care.
• Maintain filing systems and coordinate appointments.
• Liaise with insurance companies and handle payment arrangements.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.

• Min A Level / Diploma
• Able to commit at least 3 months

PM Shift: 12 pm – 9.45pm

Weekend Shift: 8.30am – 5.15pm

Job Scope

• Prepare dental instruments and materials for procedures.
• Assist the dentist during various dental treatments, including fillings, extractions, and cleanings.
• Maintain aseptic techniques to prevent infection.
• Handle and sterilize dental instruments according to established protocols.
• Manage patient flow and scheduling.
