• Hands on expertise in at least one leading payment processing product such as Fundtech GPP, FIS Clear2Pay, Fiserv Dovetail, Volante VolPay etc. is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in agile ways of working.
• Experience in defining the business problem and architecting technical solution in line with appropriate best practice, governance standards and methodologies.
• Strong demonstrable experience in architecting Java/J2EE based enterprise applications from concept to production.
• Strong working knowledge of Java Scripts, micro services, SOA, rules engine, caching technologies, DB/SQL , REST/SOAP services and patterns.
• Demonstrable capability on various deployment topologies.
• Strong desire and demonstrable track record for continuous self-learning on new technologies and concepts.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with project functions, including project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Support Project Manager in planning and coordinating construction works according to the master and detailed work programs.
• Guide junior Engineers in daily work execution.
• Prepare and submit project documents such as schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, and reports.
• Supervise construction to ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, quality standards, and ESH practices.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project matters.
• Facilitate site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain records. Assist in verifying progress payments and contractor claims.
• Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to monitor project progress.
• Establish and maintain a document control system for design drawings and project documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction and infrastructure industry (LTA, Roadwaorks, MRT Projects).

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Contracts Manager in tender/contract review and finalizing the tender sum.
• Help with contract administration, progress claims, and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.
• Compile subcontractor quotes for review and approval.
• Keep Contract Manager updated on all contractual and site matters.
• Review and verify subcontractor/supplier claims and prepare payment certificates for approval.
• Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
• Maintain quality systems in the Contracts Department.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
• At least 5 years of working experience related field.
• Preferably experienced in pipe jacking works and tunnelling projects.
