Requirements:

• Minimum O level or Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• Any certificate and maintenance experience are an advantage

• Oversees construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
• Creates and reviews Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and Change Orders.
• Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
• Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
• Provides technical support to Project Managers.
• Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records.
• Performs change order estimating and assists the Project Manager in change order negotiations.
• Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
• Assists in managing and reviewing the progress of contractors’ construction schedules.
• Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.
• Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders.
• Attend client program meetings as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present, promote and sell products/ services to existing and prospective customers in the cleanroom, biotechnology, pharmaceutical production, diagnostics (laboratories & hospitals) R&D, Academia, F&B industries
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for products and solutions offered and agencies assigned
• Develop strong technical know-how on products and applications to support and effectively engage prospects and clients
• Responsible for Marketing campaigns such as trade-in / service excellence promotions / seminars / workshops
• Managing direct customers sales & distributors
• Generate leads and develop a solid customer relationship with key decision makers, fostering and enhancing good relationship with all of our customers
• Develop a customer or project specific sales strategy and manage deals to conclusion
• Lead solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary stakeholders
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, services or solutions that will meet those needs.
• Analyse the territory and market’s potential, track sales and status reports

REQUIREMENTS

Incumbent should ideally be from a Product Manager background, experienced in sales related to cleanroom/industrial/pharmaceutical/diagnostics industries. Sales experience is in relations to capital equipment (CAPEX)/ Engineering/integration-related solutions.

• Minimum diploma in Engineering, Biotechnology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience with strong sales track records with focus on Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical/ Diagnostics (laboratories & hospitals/ R&D Customers/ Academia / F&B/ industrial market verticals
• Experienced in tender and request for quotation (RFQ) preparation and costing
• Present status of sales efforts at periodic Sales meetings
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Target driven and able to work independently

Job Description:

• To comply with duty roster ensuring 365/24/7 coverage
• Liaise with technical supervisor/engineer on all technical and operational related matters
• To troubleshoot and rectify all technical complaints on GOW and assist in the creation of a technical SOP
• To perform maintenance on GOW and report to technical supervisor with technical recommendations, considerations and issues
• Maintaining a “critical” spare part holding scheme, maintaining a personal tool kit and assisting in security sweeps and as when necessary
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Responsibilities

• Supports the Head of Department in ensuring the Facilities & Biomedical Engineering department functions efficiently and effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensures that renovation projects, infrastructure works, day-to-day management of facilities, maintenance support services, operational processes, and department KPIs are consistently kept to a high standard to support operational requirements.
• Oversee renovation projects, infrastructure improvement works, and maintenance of facilities.
• Ensure timely maintenance and replacement of assets, equipment, and fixtures to sustain and optimize their lifecycle with minimal downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with support services teams in areas such as facility engineering, security, car park management, and housekeeping.
• Prepare technical specifications for ITQ/RFP and participate in procurement evaluation as a subject matter expert in facilities management and development.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering/related fields or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, or Diploma in Facilities Management/Engineering/related fields or equivalent with 10+ years of experience and demonstrated competency.
• Strong experience in business operations and project management, particularly in large establishments or institutions, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Independent and resourceful.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
