Position Objective: (the primary reason the position exists)

The main role of the HR Shared Services Executive (Business Operations) is to be the main point of contact for both contractors (Associates) and clients such as helping in contract renewals etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & provide internal reports on Associates headcount movement & Client’s growth.
• Provide monthly reminder for client holders for Contracts and Work Pass Due.
• Manage end to end onboarding & offboarding formalities.

The Senior Planning Lead APAC ensures that all campaigns under the care of the planners in region are optimized for performance and aligned with broader BBC business goals.

The Senior Planning Lead APAC acts as a crucial liaison between ad sales, customers, and internal operations teams to ensure revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Strategic Sales Planning

• Lead the development and implementation of digital, audio and TV sales planning strategies in region, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
• Analyse market trends and sales/inventory data in collusion with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue growth and provide actionable insights to sales teams and senior management.
• Collaborate with planners and their sales teams to create comprehensive, actionable and effective sales media plans and proposals that leverage new and existing products & platforms
