Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to ensure fuel storage tanks, pipelines, and associated equipment function optimally.

· Coordinate regular inspections and manage maintenance activities and resources to avoid disruptions in storage operations.

· Ensure the availability of the terminal and equipment is maximised.

· Ensure all maintenance work complies with industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.

· Conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures, emergency response plans, and training for team members.

· Coordinate and lead relevant functional stakeholders on diagnostic checks and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and control systems associated with storage tanks and fuel distribution.

· Respond swiftly to any issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

· Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, and prepare reports on facility performance and safety compliance.

· Ensure documentation is current for regulatory audits, inspections, and internal reviews.

· Assist Tank Management leadership in formulating and executing of Tank Management Maintenance Strategy.

· Lead and update the Maintenance Management System of all maintenance master data such as assets master, equipment master, maintenance checklists, maintenance schedules.

· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, while enhancing the reliability and safety of fuel storage operations.

· Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes to keep maintenance practices current.

· Foster a safety-first culture by providing ongoing training on protocols, equipment usage, and emergency response.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals related to fuel storage systems.
• Competence in conducting risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and implementing preventive safety measures.
• Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) activities.
• Familiar with using maintenance management systems such as Maximo and SAP.

Requirements:

• Minimally Five (5) years hands-on experience in administration of On-Premise Servers and Cloud Operations (AWS and Azure).
• Working experience with IAM, ECS and EKS in AWS/Azure
• Working experience with Route Tables, NACL, Security Groups, NSG
• With DevOps experience e.g. CI/CD pipeline building and management
• Very good working experience with Terraform using Ship/Hats
• Good working experience with Linux and Windows platform
• Good working experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare ESXi’s & vCenter, Nutanix, Azure and AWS experience
• Very proficient with Windows Operating Systems 2012/2016/2019/2022 Server
• Very proficient in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, SCCM, WSUS, Windows Cluster
• Preferably experience in Commvault/Netbackup Veritas Backup Products

• Able to manage daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirements
• Regular 8x5 support (shift rotation but no graveyard), required to be on standby for 7x24 support.
• Expected to work during off-peak hours on system activities
• Basic understanding of Linux OS and willing to be cross trained in Linux/Unix environment
• Basic Networking knowledge is a plus
• Preferably certified in RHEL, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), ITIL or equivalent.
• AWS SysOps Certified or Azure Administrator Certified is a must

Responsibilities:

Human Resource Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll regularly
• To ensure compliance of Employment Act and taxation policy.
• Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters and claims.
• Manage work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc.
• Responsible for application, renewal and maintaining licensing with various government bodies
• Assist in submission of CPF contributions, IR21, IR8A, levy claim applications, government surveys and other statutory submissions.
• Maintain and timely renew of Insurances, Security Bond and Insurance Claim Handling
• Maintain, up-to-date and filing records and profiles in the HR system and MOM portal.
