• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.

Role:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales/marketing role.
• Preference for candidates with a background in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Share accurate and timely updates on inventory and operations with customers.
• Work with Operations to fulfill customer needs and requirements.
• Ensure all required documents (e.g., port passes, permits, CIPL) are ready for inbound and outbound operations.
• Notify customers about delays, damages, or shortages.
• Follow up on reports of delays or damages.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Update warehouse stowage plans and assist with monthly and quarterly audits.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the system and for customers.
• Provide timely updates on weight lists, tally sheets, inventory, and reports.
• Coordinate daily movements with Operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for general office administrative support, including computer word processing, data entry, photocopying, document filing, documents/packages sending and receiving, etc.

2. Incoming phone calls handling.

3. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

4. Provide guideline to the cleaning assistant to maintain the office in clean and tidy manner.

5. Proofread contract related document and prepare internal document before and after contract signoff.

6. Prepare regular sales reports.

7. Handle Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, sales admin or relevant role.

2. Good at MS Office, Excel and general Windows operation.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Able to work Part Time (13:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).

Job Scope

Accounting

· Bookkeeping - Able to prepare full sets of accounts

· Experience in either MYOB, QuickBooks, and/or XERO

· Knowledge of Singapore compliance laws with ACRA, IRAS and CPF Board

· Compiling Unaudited Financial Statements in accordance with SFRS

· Preparing client payroll, calculating and submission of CPF

· Preparation of XBRL

· Filing AGMs and Annual Returns

· Knowledge of Consolidation Accounting is a plus

Tax

· Knowledgeable in basic Singapore tax laws

· Experienced in tax computations and submission of ECI, Form C and Form C-S

· Responding to tax queries raised by IRAS

· Basic knowledge of GST computation and submission

· Exposure to Employee Tax requirements, including AIS and Form IR8A preparation

All positions require:

· Good command of written and spoken English

· Pursuing / Qualifications in ACCA, or Accounting, Tax or Business Degree/Diploma

· At least 2 years of relevant experience for Senior Associates and 5 Years of relevant experience for Managers

· Prior experience in an accounting, audit or tax firm is an advantage
