Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for software development lifecycle activities, including system study, analysis, design, code, test, and deployment for product using JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, HTML5 and CSS
• Work with project team members to identify product requirements and help define project scope, objectives, and plans accordingly

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience in user interface application development using JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, HTML5 and CSS
• Experience in turning designs into responsive UIs with ReactJS /HTML5 / CSS (LESS)
• Experience in leveraging development workflow with tools like npm, webpack and Node.js
• Experience developing in Node.js development
• Experience with design patterns, performance/memory analysis, multithreading
• Agile / Scrum experience including TDD, unit testing, and continuous integration
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skill

Job Description:

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the company's business operations. This role involves leading the business development team, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the company's market expansion. The GM will contribute to strategic planning, manage key partnerships, and drive revenue growth through new markets, products, or services.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

· 20+ years of well-rounded marketing, commercial management experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with a focus on developing new markets, launching disruptive technologies / products requiring a paradigm shift, and expanding penetration in existing markets.

· Ideally, experienced in Innovative Video R&D and IP Workflow Solutions

· Proven to be an inspirational leader that can hire, train and develop regional marketing teams that integrate successfully with country general managers and their sales and marketing teams

· Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, demand generation, brand, product and service management, and business development; along with a demonstrated track record of success and leadership performance
