Senior Aircon Technician (Immediate position)

We are looking for suitable candidates (Aircon Technician cum driver position):

Working days and hours:

Mon - Fri 8.30AM TO 5.30PM

Sat 8.30AM TO 3.30PM

Sunday/P.H Rest

Remuneration package

Basic Salary : Ranged between $2000-$3000 (Depend on Experience),

No lodging/lodging allowance provided

OT: about 10-25 hours per month.

OT Rate: 1.5

NOTE:

We will provide van for technician to drive during work

For performance bonus or allowance, will only discuss further during the interview.

GOOD TO HAVE CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE

Preferences

Singaporean OR Malaysian (Male) (AGE RANGE: 25 - 45 preferred) required heavy physical work.

At least 4 - 5 Years of experience in doing aircon system repair/ servicing and installation.

Possess good troubleshooting skills for VRV type aircon would be more preferred.

Priority for candidate with CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE

IMPORTANTLY able to work independently and also in a group, easy going person.

Job Responsibilities/ Requirements

Service/ replace/ repair aircon especially VRV system and adhoc job.

Required to do overtime for some client site

(example duty free shop at Changi Airport or Shopping malls aircon)

We provide service to both residential and commercial customers. So required to travel around Singapore with our lorry to complete scheduled jobs.

Troubleshooting aircon and recommend solutions to clients.

Job Description (JD) for Imaging Centre Specialist would include the following roles and responsibilities

1. Scanning : The primary role involves converting physical documents into a digital format.
2. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of the digitised content. This could involve checking the resolution, ensuring the colours are accurate, and making sure that the digital file is a true representation of the original.
3. File Management: Once the document has been scanned, it needs to be properly stored and organised back to its original physical file.
4. Indexing – Naming files in a consistent manner based on project requirement, organising files into appropriate folders digitally and ensuring files are uploaded.
5. Software Proficiency: Applicant should have simple knowledge on computer usage as various software tools will be used in the scanning process. Training will be provided to learn the software
   • Software use will include image editing software, document management systems for uploading of images after scanning or uploading of images to client’s portal.
