JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Minimum GCE O Level
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management from a recognized institution is an advantage

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same capacity
• Good guest relation and problem solving skills
• Good planning and execution skills
• Ability to manage time, organize, good communication and motivational skills
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies

Required Knowledge

• Proficient in the use of Property Management System and all relevant property management systems such as FCS, LIS
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• General knowledge is recommended: F&B; local activities; world culture is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

• Plan, organize, and execute events, including workshops, conferences, networking sessions, and other member-focused activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Handle event marketing, including promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media updates.

Membership Management

• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new members.
• Maintain accurate membership records and manage renewals.
• Respond to member inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies for member retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with other teams to create value-added services and benefits for members.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records of events, memberships, and related documentation.
• Prepare reports on event outcomes and membership statistics.
• Assist in drafting and distributing newsletters, announcements, and other communications.

1. Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager on the day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets including Banquet
