Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to oversee architectural work for the A&A civil works on an LTA project. This role ensures design quality, compliance with regulations, and project success.

• Manage architectural design and construction for A&A civil works, ensuring LTA standards.
• Oversee drawings, specifications, and materials for compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and LTA to integrate architectural solutions.
• Lead the architectural team and monitor project progress, budget, and schedule.
• Resolve design and construction issues, conduct site inspections, and ensure safety standards.
• Prepare reports for LTA and other authorities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural management on civil infrastructure projects, preferably for LTA.
