Job Responsibilities:

- Middle Office provides post-sales support to the Sales team and assists internal Operations teams especially Policy Administration and Claims team in interacting with Intermediaries and Client HR

• Perform the installation, configuration, and testing of audiovisual (AV) systems at client locations for both commercial and residential projects.

1. Cooperate closely with Product Managers and provide actionable insights to drive SEA business growth, and improvement of operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

3. Familiar with the product design process, and experience as partner to Product Managers is highly preferred.
4. To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive, self-driven and impact-driven person.
