Job Summary
The Sales Admin Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the sales team within the automotive industry. This role involves managing sales processes, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. The Sales Admin Coordinator will contribute to customer satisfaction, sales efficiency, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including processing orders, managing quotations, and tracking sales activities. Ensure sales documentation such as contracts, agreements, etc are complete timely and accurately.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage and update customer records in the CRM system. Assist Sales Consultant on enquiries and provide timely responses to ensure a high level of service. Follow up on sales opportunities and customer feedback.
Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Skills:Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive products, industry terminology, and sales processes is a plus.
