Principal Accountabilities

• Play a leadership role in overseeing delivery of facilities management services
• Single point of contact on site - responsible for ensuring that contractual obligations, including taking accountability for all on-site FMM matters, are met

Duties & Responsibilities

Client Management

• Liaise regularly with the Client's nominated representative on various operational issues and JLL programs (e.g. JLL EHS Week, ISO Audits, etc)
• Manage communication channels between the Client and JLL team
• Accountable for delivery of SLA and KPIs and reporting on-time.
• Prepare regular reports to the Client and ensure Client is updated on key matters

Person Specification

• Degree in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline
• Practical experience in facilities management, vendor management, client reporting and finance management
• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure, strong leadership, people, and communication skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Good communication skills with excellent command in spoken and written English
