This is a front office role on the US GCP Credit Flow Trading team in Singapore. You will be working in a dynamic and busy trading floor environment. You are expected to have a deep understanding of the US Credit flow market and product knowledge. You will have a proven track record of trading the products, profitable market making, and appropriate risk management. You will have direct client interactions to assist sales deepen client relationships. You will be responsible for some of the administrative tasks of the team, including trade data capture, analysis and communication of the data and analysis. Our overarching goal is to constantly improve the BAC US Credit flow trading franchise in Asia to remain best in class.

Requirements:

• Have experience trading US Credit Flow in Asia.

• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or technical area (e.g., STEM related degrees, computer science).

• Possess very strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Thrive working in high pressure environments. Able to communicate precisely under high pressure environment.

• Very detail oriented and can work accurately under time pressure.

• Naturally curious, particularly about markets and global macro events. Have or can develop disciplined, decisive behavior/mindset (important for trading).

• Have the mindset and leadership of improving desk operation and trade analysis.

• Confident and capable to operate independently and as a team player.

• Have experience with data manipulation, analysis, and presentations.

• Fluency in English is essential. Other Asian languages is a plus.

What you'll do:

As a Trade Operations Analyst, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Global Operations function within the APAC Funding & Cash Management team. You will work closely with treasury dealers, securities settlements and other internal departments to manage day-to-day requirements. These include meeting daily cash cut-offs for payments, trade settlements and balance management of accounts while collaborating with the internal teams and stakeholders. Your ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and respond well under pressure will be key to your success in this role.

• Process payments and funding accurately and timely
• Provide accurate and timely calculation of the bank’s daily obligations across multiple entities

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing and administering contracts with customers and major subcontractors, including equipment suppliers, fabricators, and vessel charters. This role will oversee the contractual lifecycle, ensuring that obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and potential claims are proactively managed. The Contracts Manager will also be responsible for drafting letters, correspondence, and claim documentation while leading negotiations to resolve disputes and secure favorable contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Administration:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts with major subcontractors, such as equipment suppliers, fabricators, vessel charters, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and deliverables for both the company and subcontractors.
• Interpret and advise on contract terms and conditions, providing guidance to project teams on contractual issues.

Correspondence and Communication:

• Draft and manage all formal contractual communications, including letters and notices to subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

Claims Management:

Role Overview

To assist in technical investigations in case of fault calls and regularly review the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for property in the aviation sector. He / She should be a competent problem solver on the ground, possessing strong technical knowledge in building and M&E maintenance and ability to liaise with service providers to ensure maintenance or repair works are carried out timely.

Role Responsibilities

To review preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards and regulations

To lead technical investigations in response to fault calls

To review documentation on procedure and schedules of maintenance works

To track inventory levels of spare parts, consumables and non-consumable items

To prepare technical reports and / or monthly reports where required

To conduct risk assessments in accordance to regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) policies and practices

Responsible for initiating and tracking all purchase requisitions and closing of work orders, including thepreparation of costing for all proposed works to his supervisors for approval and liaison with client reps.

Liaising with term and adhoc contractors for all appointed works and coordinating with relevantstakeholders for approval and work executions, including reporting work progress and completion.

Reporting to the Engineer and appointed reporting supervisor for any adhoc work matters.
