• Receive, archive, retrieve and dispose retention sample, following standard work, approved procedures and regulatory requirements in timely manner.
• Maintain proper 5S and ensure inspection readiness of retention sample rooms.
• Perform assigned tasks within stipulated timeline and escalate discrepancies to Reporting Manager.
• Support laboratory supplies stock check, receiving, stock arrangement and disposal as necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned by reporting manager.

• GCE O Level qualification and above
• Proficient with computer software such as Microsoft Word & Excel
• The role will require the person to be able to move heavy boxes up to 15 KG during process like transfer of samples/stocks checking.

About the Role

You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our daily operations while supporting the growth and development of our operational capabilities. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to operational processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Oversee and execute day-to-day operations such as customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Process Enhancement: Assist in reviewing and refining operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and other team members to ensure alignment of processes with business objectives.
• Data and Reporting: Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate documentation of all operational activities.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Accountancy, Business, or Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably within financial institutions or fintech companies. Experience in process improvements is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements such as KYC, AML/CFT, and transaction monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational gaps and recommend solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable with dynamic environments and adaptable to changing priorities.
