Business Reform 2nd Channel and 2nd Brand Parts Vice President
Job Summary:
The Vice President will provide strategic leadership for functions. This role will be instrumental in aligning 2nd Channel and 2nd Brand Parts initiatives with Toyota’s business goals, enhancing workforce capability, and fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture. And also, The VP will be needed to create entire Value Chain strategy with high perspective and deep understanding of automotive industry. The VP will partner closely with executive leadership to ensure that 2nd Channel strategies support the overall mission and vision of the organization.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Reform 2nd Channel strategy that aligns with Toyota’s corporate objectives and long-term vision.
- Understand the business & marketing strategy and initiatives for Toyota Aftermarket parts.
- Create the entire Value Chain strategy in Aisa and execution in the market.
- Provide guidance to senior leadership on organizational design, talent management, and cultural transformation.
- Lead initiatives to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with Toyota’s commitment to quality and innovation.
- Leading and mentoring team across the region
- Lead organizational change initiatives to enhance agility and responsiveness to market changes.
- Foster a culture that embraces change and innovation, ensuring alignment with Toyota’s core values.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Japanese Language is an added advantage.
- 15+ years of progressive experience with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the automotive sector
- Deep understanding of automotive company business especially in sales and aftersales area not only in Asia, but also globally.
- Remarkable experience to create the initiatives and actual execution.
- Ability and experience to design and lead the lean and robust organization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive BR2C strategies and initiatives.
- Driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
