Job Requirements:

Education:

• Master’s degree and above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong academic background in statistics, information engineering and business finance.
• Having a CFA or currently pursuing CFA is an advantage.

Experience:

• Hedge Fund/Quantitative Trading Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an operations or trading management role, preferably from a quantitative hedge fund, fintech firm, or proprietary trading firm.
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the quant fund or fintech industry.
