Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by being one of the first points of contact for our guests. Job Description:

• To comply with the FSA, including all SFSM duties as specified and in accordance with statutory requirements;

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of the business, including:

• Finance: Assisting with the maintenance of fixed asset listings, general ledgers (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), including data entry and issuing payment vouchers with supporting documents.
• Logistics: Supporting the logistics team in managing inventory, shipments, and supply chain operations.
• Administration: Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Open to Singaporean and PR applicants only.
• Diploma or polytechnic qualification in Finance, Administration, Sciences, or any relevant discipline.
• Prior experience is not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese, Malay, Vietnamese, or Japanese is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
