• Convert surveys from Word to FormSG, collate responses, and track contributions from organizations.
• Assist with mass emails to organizations via the mailbox.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, procurement, and related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in healthcare or social science fields or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior relevant working experiences in producing collaterals
• Knowledge of social media platforms and creative design tools (Canva, Adobe packages)
