To carry out inspection of client properties including returned properties and all follow-up actions to monitor and report compliance with requirements provided by Client and that the premises do not infringe authorities’ requirements, including but not limited to:

a) Non-compliance to statutory requirements, e.g.

•

Unapproved Building Works and any Additions/Alterations,

•

Fire Safety Measures,

•

Unapproved Usage or Change of Usage of Premises,

•

Illegal activities in premises e.g., illegal dumping, gambling, etc,

•

Unapproved Worker’s Dormitory,

•

Unapproved sales of diesel,

•

Unapproved subletting,

•

Encroachment,

•

Illegal storage of Petroleum and other Flammable Materials,

•

Poor Maintenance/Housekeeping.
