Scope of works:

· To carry out supervision and inspection of the works so as to ensure that works are constructed in accordance to contract specifications and drawings.

· To carry out quality check on the works to ensure compliance to drawings and specifications so that works are produced of required quality and accuracy.

· To verify and submit weekly report on contract to HDB.

· To carry out random tests/checks in accordance to drawings and specifications.

The records of all works are to be delivered to the Qualified Person (Supervision)/Consultant/Resident Engineer upon completion of all works.

· To supervise and keep records of repair works in accordance to approved method and standards.
