Position Summary

The IT Governance Specialist, as a 1.5 line of defense, is responsible for defining, formulating, governing, reporting and controlling of the IT and cyber risk (Information Security) related frameworks, policies, processes and procedures for the organisation. The incumbent plays a control function and works closely with the first, second and third lines of defense. The incumbent will be an intermediary, advisor and domain expert to the business stakeholders on IT and cyber security matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with the second and third lines of defense and will be the single point of contact (working with first line) for all risk, audit and regulatory related matters
• Collaborate with second line of defense to implement and drive strategic initiatives to enhance the firm's technology risk management capabilities and awareness, in line with industry best practices and the firm's standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and escalate emerging and upstream technology risks through execution of the Firm’s risk management framework tools, including risk event management, reporting, and action plan tracking
• Provide advisory to stakeholders and constituents regarding their IT/security obligations, facilitating acceptable outcomes
• Liaise with diverse teams to drive and conduct regulatory and IT compliance self-assessment programmes, risk awareness trainings and so on
• Liaise with diverse teams to perform risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) testing, gathering and validating KRIs, dealing with incidents, availability management, etc
• Partner and work with internal stakeholders to review, identify, streamline and implement process improvements with regards to IT and cyber risk management
• Manage IT related audits, regulatory inspections (including regulatory meeting and request for information)
• Review audit findings with key stakeholders to determine action plans and verify remedial solutions for closure
• Communicate and provide guidance of new IT related policies, standards to relevant stakeholders
• Provide advice on IT and cyber risk management matters as required
• Prepare ad-hoc and periodic regulatory and management reports
• Ability to innovate, automate and strategies as required

Requirement

• At least 7 years of experience in IT Governance or risk management
• Has worked in the financial or payment industry and is familiar with MAS and CCOP regulatory requirements or equivalent
• Experience in IT/Cyber operations/governance/audit/regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, IT Governance practices, operations risk management processes and industry trends/practices (e.g. NIST framework, MAS requirements, ISO 27001 standard, PS Act, etc.).
• Certifications such as CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or any relevant certification is a plus

• Work pro-actively with the Maintenance Department to fix outlet’s hygiene and maintenance issues in a timely manner. Ensure the outlet is well-maintained at all times and is in line with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines
• Perform daily sales bank-in.
• Achieve monthly sales target and FD rental income target.
• To ensure smooth operations during opening, mid and closing shifts.
• To uphold quality control in food & beverage products sold in the FB stalls
• Prepare reports at the end of shift/week.
• Ensure stalls comply with all necessary hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
• · Monitor and control the supply levels of perishable and non-perishable items, plan a schedule for ordering and process orders using the e-PR system.
• You will be required to faithfully perform the duties of the position in which you are engaged in and any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and to execute maintenance timely and effectively.

2. Service used equipment’s and components and ensure ready to use all time, ensure no down time due to unavailability of spare parts.

3. Analyze and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors, prepare RCA and fallow up actions with Sr Engineers.

4. Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively by using CMMS.

5. Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment’s and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection, and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment’s by co-ordinate with contractors at site.

6. Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group and ensure safe completion of works.

7. Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment’s.

8. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by review & implement MSRA.

9. Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).

10. To have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
