g) Attend regular meetings with Client’s Representative, Consultants and/or Contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule

h) Establish proper and effective document control system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings, project documents and specifications.

i) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher / Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in teaching and interest / capability to pickup coding on the job (Training provided), exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high teaching standards. As a Coding Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality coding education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Assurance: Establish and implement a robust system to regularly assess and maintain instructor teaching quality. This includes conducting classroom observations, reviewing student feedback, and analyzing teaching outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and enforce standards for instructional excellence.

- Assessment: Evaluate student performance through a variety of methods, including assessments, projects, and coding exercises. Provide detailed, constructive feedback to help students improve and succeed. Ensure assessment methods are fair, consistent, and aligned with learning objectives.

- SOP for Communication with Parents: Develop and implement SOPs to train instructors on how to effectively communicate with parents. This includes guidelines on discussing student progress, addressing concerns, and providing updates in a professional and supportive manner.

- Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks such as creating and maintaining class schedules, generating reports on student progress and instructor performance, and keeping accurate records of student enrollment and attendance. Ensure all administrative processes are efficient and support the smooth operation of the educational program.

Requirement:

- Degree / Diploma in any disciple

- Teaching experience with primary or secondary school children

- Classroom management

- Strong interest in coding

- High PC literacy & IT Savvy

Job Description for Administrative Support Personnel

Administrative

1. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including putting up and circulating the agenda,cbooking of meeting space.
2. Assist with note taking and following up on action items to ensure completion according to agreed timeline.
3. Maintain and update all documentation in shared drive as and when necessary.
4. Support the SCRP Team by sourcing, vetting and coordinating with vendors and suppliers or as directed by the Senior/Manager of SCRP
5. Coordinate with Research Team, to help ensure deliverables are completed within timeline.

Events Management & Support

1. Work with SCRP to assist with organizing webinars / seminars, workshops and conferences. This includes but is not limited to
   1. Designing and distributing EDMs and invitations
   2. coordinating with speakers / guests
   3. managing event registration and tracking attendance
   4. collecting and compiling of event feedback
   5. following-up with attendees for any various requests
2. Providing secretariat support by
   1. Answering and replying to delegate emails
   2. Assisting and following through with delegates on their queries
   3. work with the University's appointed vendors to make travel and accommodation arrangements
3. Staffing secretariat at ICCS including
   1. Assisting speaker and delegate management
   2. Co-ordinating with OIA and Rapporteur Teams
   3. Work with internal (RSIS) and external (MCCY) stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of conference
   4. Work with appointed vendors as necessary

The ideal candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office Programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. He/She should have a good command of the Language and have strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should also be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

This position is 100% office-based. Some work experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Ensure the successful completion of assigned projects, managing both documentation and operational aspects efficiently.
• Attend site meetings with the main contractor to address issues and provide updates to the Directors.
• Plan and monitor site work progress to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Collaborate with office staff to prepare monthly progress claims, payment certificates, and similar documentation.
