• Conduct regular inspection of the villas to ensure the resorts is well-maintained and up kept. To record any defects in the online villa readiness checklist and to report said defects to Integrated Facility Management (IFM) to schedule repairs and maintenance.
• Carry out all low-value office supplies stationery-ordering including printer toner.
• Handle any issues surfaced up by the housekeeping/security team/occupants in the absence of the Ops Manager.
• Assist occupants with basic troubleshooting with the handling of the equipment like refrigerators, aircon, tv or electrical appliances.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team members to develop and implement risk management frameworks and tools to support management decision making
• Perform risk analysts & research, and independently lead and manage projects and team to ensure successful implementation on a timely basis
• Interact with asset, investment, treasury and finance teams to better understand and analyse risk impact and financial analysis for the company
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for investments and assets across the Group’s portfolio.
