Job Description:

• Liaise with referral Source/ Agency for referrals related matters such as obtaining sufficient information (past medical history, social reports etc) for referral screening, other contacts for nonresponsive contacts.
• Screen referrals for right siting of services according to the criteria
• Contact clients or caregivers to clarify services and needs which includes financial assistance, transport, escort etc.
• Schedule appointments for admission assessment accordingly and update centres of the referral status.
• Conduct pre-admission counseling which includes explaining the service terms and fees to the clients or caregivers, clarifying their concerns if any.
• Raise referrals to other service providers.
• Provide reports to the management on referrals status and centre vacancies for monitoring and reporting purposes.
• Support the onboarding of new staff in centre-based administrative processes.
• Support other functions of HQ where necessary.
• Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time, e.g. coverage duties at centres and HQ.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the healthcare industry or good understanding of health-care related services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint) and Google Drive or equivalents

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares, organises and manages customer quotes, billing and follow-up with customers.
• Works closely with internal teams to solve problems and respond to customers' requests and queries.
• Responsible for handling escalated phone calls, complaints, and other situations.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records, and quotation database to ensure consistent and timely monitoring of works.
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
• Ensure data accuracy in quotation and billing.
• Develop monthly sales reports/updates.
• Stay up-to-date with new products, features and potential customers.
• Point of Contact for internal meetings, sales events and liaison for customer visit(s).
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (Experience in the construction industry will be advantageous)

• Assist in the formulation of strategies and implementation of action plans to engage and forge partnerships with leading higher education institutes in China, India and Southeast Asia for the purpose of student and faculty exchanges, academic programme or research collaborations, and other collaborative initiatives.

• Assist in the preparation of IO's recommendations to management on SMU's external engagements and international relations; coordinate the hosting of incoming visits by partners/higher education institutes and support SMU management on overseas work trips.

• Degree in communications or in international relations, or fields of study with a global-orientation.
• 3 years' experience in the international education sector or working on cross-cultural exchanges at the people-to-people level, or in similar fields of work.
• Proven high-level skills in partner and project/event management working with diverse teams and across cultures to achieve objectives, as well as in business development, analysis and cultural appreciation of the forementioned countries/markets.
• Analytical and strategic thinker.
• High level of written and oral communication skills.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail and keen appreciation of good documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing tasks and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
