Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for managing funeral transfers and services, preparing monthly schedules for ground staff, and handling petty cash and vehicle-related matters. They work closely with all departments, oversee the Customer Service Team by assisting with phone duties and managing funeral parlours, and ensure the Operations Team adheres to company policies and processes. Additionally, they assist the Human Resources Team with talent recruitment and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of management experience
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• Possess class 3 driver license
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Help maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Collaborate with team members to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assists with on-site cashiering duties during event days.
• Assist with internal & external audits preparation and procedures.
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain proper filing records.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the finance department as needed.

• Inspecting goods for defects or damages.
