Key Responsibilities

1. Website Content: Develop compelling and on-brand website copy, such as homepages, service pages, and about pages and blog articles
   Collaborate with designers to create content that complements the overall visual and user experience.
   
2. SEO-Optimised Copy:Conduct keyword research to produce blogs, meta descriptions, and other on-page SEO elements.
   Ensure content is optimised for search engines while maintaining readability and engagement.
   
3. eCommerce Copy:Write persuasive product descriptions, category page content, and promotional materials for online stores.
   Tailor messaging to target audience personas, enhancing conversion rates.
   
4. Marketing Materials:Craft copy for email campaigns, social media posts, and digital advertisements.
   Assist in the creation of client proposals, presentations, and case studies.
   
5. Content Strategy:Contribute ideas for content calendars and strategies to support client goals.
   Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and copywriting.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and on-page optimisation.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on UK English spelling, grammar, and style.
• Ability to adapt tone and voice to suit different brands and audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, ideally within a digital agency, eCommerce, or marketing environment.
• A portfolio showcasing experience in writing for websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
  

Job Responsibilities

Kitchen Operation:

• Responsible for the creation, decoration, and presentation of foods.
• Responsible for overall kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook food.
• Ensure good kitchen hygiene and housekeeping duties.
• Ensure compliance with SFA regulations.
• Attend to all kitchen duties including stock checking and supplies.
• Maintain daily cleaning for all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Manage team schedule
• Lead, train, and manage a team of kitchen crew [when eneded]
• Able to exercise flexibility and adapt readily to changes/situations and think on one’s feet.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Enforcing strict adherence to health and safety standards in kitchen, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Work closely with café supervisor to ensure excellent service.
• Undertake other assignments and/or ad hoc duties as and when required.

Other Requirements:

• Preferred at least 1-3 years working experience in loc Chinese restaurants or kitchen in-charge
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

The Challenges

• To prepare and cook for 160 children & 20 adults (staffs)
• Keep stock of the food inventory to ensure sufficient supply for daily consumption.
• Purchase/order food and groceries based on the menu.
• Wash and dry utensils and appliances after used.
• Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and its equipment.
