Position Details:

Reporting to the Director, Global Marine Operations, the Operations Support Analyst is responsible for understanding system-based Operations work processes and owning the resolution of any process gaps. The Analyst is expected to resolve transactional process and system issues within the IMOS system, deliver training to voyage coordinators to reinforce processes, refine processes when needed, manage relevant documentation, and work collaboratively with the BI & IT organizations to design, manage, and deliver system-based solutions where appropriate. The primary internal stakeholders for this role are Marine Operations, Marine Chartering, Freight Services, Marine F&PA, and Commercial Schedulers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all Marine Operations system based work process, most notably IMOS transactional processes. This activity includes understanding both the system and work processes, understanding process/Veslink errors, and recommending permanent fixes.

• Resolve errors related to data submissions to/from external and internal systems designed for Marine operational use (ex. IMOS, Veslink Support, SEDNA)

• Act as substitute/vacation relief for Voyage Coordinators.

• Manage Delivery/Re-delivery process of Time Charter assets.

• Manage and participate in On-Call Incident Response Duty.
