Job Responsibilities

• Handle GL Function which includes monthly closing, preparation and posting of journal entries into Accounting System.
• Inventory functions including inventory movement (in / out) recorded by cross functions and Inventory Reporting.
• Prepare and submit GST returns and prepare FRS116 computation.
• Establish and monitor internal controls and procedures to ensure operation efficiency.
• Prepare financial, management, ageing and other ad-hoc reports on timely basis, including analysis and commentary relating to information of interest to management.
• Liaise and coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks and other government agencies where necessary.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or any other professional qualification.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in financial software, especially Microsoft D365.
