Consumer product engineers strive to make the Coinbase retail app the easiest-to-use, fastest, and safest experience for everyone across the globe to access and participate in the cryptoeconomy.

Our team focuses on accelerating the development of high quality products by enabling validation of product behaviors at scale through automated test infrastructure. We are entirely engineering driven, identifying opportunities to build innovative tools and infrastructure to enable catching and fixing bugs as early in the development cycle as possible. We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineer with experience in designing, developing and using test automation tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving a culture of proactive automated testing, analyzing and optimizing test coverage, ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and create testing tools, environments, and frameworks. Promote testable systems during technical reviews by advising on designs and code to enhance modularity and testability.
• Partner with product and development teams to understand product CUJs, developing and deploying effective automation infrastructure to achieve outcomes
• Analyze incident and bug data to determine fragilities in the system, coverage improvement opportunities, and implement solutions for testing and debugging issues
• Implement process improvements to drive Eng Excellence. Focus on opportunities to increase our ability to detect, fix, and prevent regressions.
• Define key metrics to measure test effectiveness and best-practices, advocate for initiatives among engineering and product groups.

What we look for in you:

• 2+ Years of experience in building software systems.
• Experience interfacing with various test automation technologies such as Browserstack, Appium, Selenium, Puppeteer, WebdriverIO, Maestro, etc.
• A robust analytical background with skills in data analysis, organizational capabilities, and strong communication.
• A good understanding of crypto/finance, dealing with movement of assets & test-plan complexities that may arise across platforms, environments, and geographical locations.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with AI-driven test frameworks, continuous-integration platforms like Github Actions of Buildkite, and testing React Native applications.

This role collaborates with traders on operations and trade execution, oversees contract preparation, manages crude oil trading and logistics, monitors trade life cycles, liaises with trade finance regarding letters of credit, and reconciles voyages and storage to identify discrepancies.

Job Duties

1）Prepare deal report after trader has confirmed deal recap.

2）Review Supplier contract and prepare sales contract. Ensure all the necessary department (legal, risk or finance) has reviewed. Ensure the necessary approval obtained timely.

3）Communicate with HQ for the necessary requirements of the loading and / or discharge of the cargo.

4）Communicate with supplier and surveyor to ensure that HQ requirements are conveyed and complied.

5）Clearing Vessel, send the documentary instruction and / or discharge order, appoint surveyor and track the phyiscal cargo movement, ensure the vessel loaded and discharged timely.

6）Ensure the credit term eg LC, prepayment or PCG are timely issued / received to avoid delay in loading and / or discharge. Communicate with Trade Finance and supplier to ensure smooth issuance of the credit security.

7）Updated the cargo files and / or ETRM system (if any) to ensure the information are up to date.

8）Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1）Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field

2）Familiarity with ETRM systems and trade life cycle management; comprehensive understanding of contracts, trade finance, and letters of credit.

3）Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, particularly within the trading or oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of crude oil logistics and trading processes.

4) Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

5) Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy while reconciling voyages and storage to identify discrepancies.

6) Competency in Mandarinin to be able to liaise effectively with native Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and to understand Chinese documents.

The Haulage Admin/Controller is responsible for supporting the execution of general traffic management operations and activities including coordinating with customers, management documentation, receiving and communicating schedules for traffic Stable and systematic, he/she is also responsible for the safe and efficient
