We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for our projects, including LTA (Land Transport Authority) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a BIM Coordinator or Manager, with expertise in BIM software and construction management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage BIM implementation across projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to integrate BIM processes effectively.
• Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with BIM protocols.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Train and mentor team members on BIM standards, workflows, and software usage.
• Manage and update BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all BIM models.
• Provide technical support for BIM-related issues and ensure smooth software operation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator or Manager.
• Proven experience in handling LTA projects.
• Proficient in BIM-related software, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Bentley, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks. Familiarity with other BIM tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in BIM and construction management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions.

Job Description & Requirements:

• Coordinate with HOD's and HR on namelist for QA training matter.
• Liaise with external providers and HOD's on calibration and verification schedule.
• Schedule sample collection, prepare sample and sample labels.
• Check temperature data and highlight to QA executive on any trends or data above the limit.
• Monitor site cleanliness and staff PPE's.
• Monitor product weight and temperature.
• Check and key-in returned goods data.
• Keeping and recording of retention samples; disposal of retention sample.
• File all documents and records accordingly; maintain obsolete files
• Coordinate with HOD's on schedule; maintain visit calendar for audits purpose.

Education requirements:

• Preferably a Diploma in Applied Food Science or relevant field of study

Our client, an European MNC in the shipping line, is looking for a Purchasing Executive for Newbuilding Consumables to be on a 9-month contract, with a possibility of renewal, to be placed under our payroll.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely orders of day to day requisitions;
• Obtain Superintendent’s approval for quotation and offers received to place order;
• Ensure delivery on board through logistic chain from the supplier to the vessel;
• Report any specific vessel requirements;
• Adhere to KPIs as defined by Procurement Director
• Comply with IMS (Integrated Management System) and all relevant international rules and regulations;
• Ensure that all duties are performed in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
• Apply best practices defined by group procurement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline;
• 2+ years procurement/supply chain experience preferred;
• Experience in shipping and/or marine/offshore purchasing
• Knowledge in technical shipping management is a plus;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office usage
