You will be required to work with offices across the region and ensure alignment on working practice and complying with the company's policies. You will manage logging of data including policy; premium; endorsement; submission, quote & renewal data onto the relevant System of Record and maintain any other defined databases for the Underwriters as required.

In order to be successful in this position, the incumbent needs to administer all reinsurance documentation and templates; maintain existing and develop new when required; ensure that document management is completed to the correct standard. The successful incumbent will also be tasked to manage and apply the credit control function and related bank accounts in collaboration with other functional areas including Finance, Operations, Claims, and others as required.

skills & experience required

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the reinsurance non-life Treaty space
• Candidates with Treaty broking support or technical accounting background can be considered
• Fast learner and eager to learn attitude
• Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
