We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Personal Driver to provide reliable transportation services and support the daily routines of our directors. This role combines driving responsibilities with various other ad-hoc duties.

Job description

• Personal driver for Company Directors.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and parking.
• Upkeep the cleanliness, hygiene and excellent maintenance of the car at all times.
• Basic vehicle maintenance - petrol, tyre pressure, engine oil, service notifications, etc.
• Ensure passengers' comfort and safety as top priority
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time - simple errands, deliveries, collections, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy on all matters of director and/or guests.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Positive and flexible attitude.

Requirements

• Possess valid Class 3 driver's license and is familiar with Singapore roads.
• Ability to communicate effectively and be highly organized
• Safe and careful driver, always adhering to traffic regulations.
• Clean driving record with safe driving habits, preferably with 5-8 years of personal chauffeur/driver experience in Singapore.
• Demonstrate professionalism, clear communication skills and good customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, proactive and reliable.
• Able to commit to work including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Immediate availability preferred.

• Preparation and filing of corporate and property tax returns, payments, reports and maintenance of the Company’s tax database. Monitor and ensure the timely payment of tax liabilities
• Monitor tax audits and inquiries, including preparing responses and providing necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate tax records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Assist in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data for tax calculations and reporting
• Gather necessary data for tax provision and compliance purposes from finance and execution teams
• Provide tax-related guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including finance and operations teams
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws, regulations and rulings for accurate interpretation and application
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders

Requirement:

• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Degree in Finance/Taxation/Accounting

You play a critcal role in the physical measurement, mapping and documentation of lands, properties and developments. Some of the primary works involve; (i) boundary, (ii) engineering (iii) cadastral (iv) hydrography (v) building.

As a land surveyor, you are expected to demonstrate a combination of technical knowledge and strong communication skills to drive the company forward. You must have a basic knowledge in using modern surveying instruments (e.g., total stations, GPS, laser scanners) and software for mapping (e.g., CAD software, GIS).

You need to have some problem-solving skills and communciate well with team members and customers.

You work frequently in challenging outdoor conditions and be prepared for extended fieldwork it required.
