• Printing and delivery of course notes, office admin work
• Check and upload databases
• Answer queries through emails and calls
• Extracting of data, preparation of reports and administrative support for meetings
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Min GCE A levels or Diploma in any studies
• Able to commence work on immediate basis
• Proficient in Excel

• Consistent evaluation of current portfolio to suggest relevant upgrades.
• Developing informative recommendations for clients to strategise their current portfolio.
• Learning the financial industry by understanding current economic market trends.
• Providing detailed reviews with new clients to enhance their portfolio coverage.
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Min Local diploma
• Must be comfortable in sales related job
