• Diagnose faults in electronic systems and identify defective components.
• Perform repairs and replacements of components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, mosfet, memory chips, MCU and other electronic parts.
• Work on a variety of devices, including PCBs, UPS systems, Power supply, servo packs, drivers, PC and controllers.
• Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers for troubleshooting.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards and equipment operates efficiently.
• Maintain detailed repair records and communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electronic component-level repair.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
• Familiarity with industrial electronics and systems like UPS, temperature controller, Power supply, PC and servo packs is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Min. Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Knowledge and experience in engineering management, problem-solving, systematic and analytical thinking, commercial terms and conditions, ISO 9000 quality environment, coaching, influence, and negotiation skills
• Adaptability, analytical thinking, teamwork, communication, listening, and ethics
• Experience in LTA projects (preferred)
• Experience with fire protection and fire alarm systems

Summary:

The Logistics Executive plans and manages the logistical activities of the terminal based on the storage customers’ requirements and terminal operational facilities. He/she generates periodic reports and provides updates on stock inventories to customers and authorities.
The Logistics Executive works independently and possesses strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Tasks:

1) Administer HSSE Standards, Procedures and Practices

• Ensure compliance with all HSSE rules and regulations

2) Perform Business Administrative Tasks

• Follow up on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable matters
• Generate, analyse and maintain reports such as KPI and inventory reports for customers and customs authorities to ensure compliance
• Provide technical support on various technical issues

3) Perform Cargo and/or Material Handling and Delivery Tasks

• Coordinate closely with external (customers, surveyors, shipping agents) and internal stakeholders so that logistical activities are executed smoothly

Responsibilities

• Update receipts from trade debtors into Accounting System (SAP) trade debtors accounts on a daily basis.
• Prepare Daily Bank Deposit Listing & arrange for submission to banks for bank-in.
• Invoicing of retail outlet rental and miscellaneous income to tenants / clients, including follow-up on updating receipt of payments from tenants / clients.
• Reconcile trade debtor receipts, overall bank accounts from bank statements to general ledger and output tax (GST).
• Ensure all sales exceptions files are uploaded into Accounting System (SAP).
• Post Medisave receipts into general ledger and journal adjustments for inter-department billings, group staff medical bills and inter-company transactions.
• Post miscellaneous manual billings like retail outlet, carpark & studio rental, sponsorships and expenses reimbursement into the general ledger.
• Issue credit notes to clients for ad-hoc discounts or overcharging.
• Compile debt waiver list and year-end audit schedules.
• Perform fixed assets sightings and attend stock counts.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Accounting or LCCI in Higher Accounting or Certificate in Business Studies (Major in Accounting) with 1 to 2 years’ experience.
• Prior accounting experience would be an advantage.
